Aevora is a small studio by choice, and the way the work runs follows from that.
There are no account managers between you and the work, and no handover between departments for anything to fall through. Nothing is added to the scope to keep a team occupied. Strategy, design and build stay in one place, so decisions get made in a conversation rather than a chain of forwarded email, and we are still here when you need a change six months after launch.
Clients can be anywhere. The first call, the reviews and the handover all happen online, on Central European Time, which overlaps both London and New York. We run a small number of projects at once, which is the only way to keep this much attention on each of them.
